Who am I?
Hello, my name is Brian Madeiros, CEO and President of Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty, the largest real estate company in Bermuda.
My journey in the real estate industry started over 30 years ago. During the last three decades I have been given numerous opportunities for personal growth.
First and foremost, being an integral part of a loving family and watching the next generation change and grow is very energizing and rewarding.
This would be my most significant “positive energy creator “. If I’m not spending time at home with my family you’ll find me at the gym, riding my bike or doing Pilates, all of which are very grounding for me.
When we travel further afield, we prioritize our leisure time and lovingly inject ourselves into our son’s busy life in London.
This provides numerous opportunities to reflect on gratitude and what is truly important.
I am incredibly grateful for the time I spend as a member of the local chapter of the Young Presidents Organization, a globally recognized leadership group which has provided me with a fabulous framework to grow personally through education and shared experiences.
Professional Passion
Professionally, I thrive helping homeowners navigate the complex sales process and am truly honored to be an integral part of their journey as they transition their lives from one home to another. The more complicated and challenging the more energizing it is for me.
I’m grateful that I have access to Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty’s specially designed sales and marketing systems which provide significant value to clients looking to sell their property with a view to maximizing marketing exposure and sales proceeds.

Believing in shared experiences, I assist Bermuda buyers who are considering property acquisitions in Manchester. Navigating real estate markets, and my knowledge of Manchester allows me to share trusted resources with potential buyers.

Four generations after my family's emigration from the Azores to Bermuda (Read a fantastic article about this in The Bermudian magazine Here), I've formed a referral relationship with Coldwell Banker Houselife in Sao Miguel.
Actively facilitating referrals to personal relationships, I am able to share my experiences around real estate in the Azores.

Bermuda Cancer & Health
A health challenge in 2022 gave me a unique opportunity after I fully recovered, to reflect on what I learned about my body and myself, prompting me to make the decision to work with Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre as an advocate around shared experiences.
My focus is on early detection and the impact of health challenges on one’s mental and emotional wellbeing.
This journey has just begun and may very well be one of my most meaningful contributions to my community and my continued personal growth.
